Feeling down

I've been low for the last week with some kind of summer cold.  Being physically sick messes with my mind in  a terrible way.  I guess I don't do "sick" very well!  The more lethargic I am, the more depressed I am which makes me even more lethargic!  Terrible cycle.  It's the first of the month though and that always gives me a sense of hope and a fresh start.  I am drawing my line in the sand and I'm going to take good care of myself this month!  For pity's sake - I CAN DO THIS FOR ONE LITTLE MONTH!!!  I deserve the good things that I will gain by taking care of myself physically and financially and emotionally!
